First Prize – Environment Category “+bellezza in Valle” Award 2025
Among the most precious memories of summer 2025 at Villa Magnani’s park is the joy of receiving the First Prize in the Environment category of the “+bellezza in Valle” competition. It is an award that fills us with pride and celebrates the revival of a place where nature, history, and culture come together.
The beauty that convinced the jury is the same that accompanied us throughout the season: walks among the trees, evenings of music and dance, exhibitions of vintage carriages and historic cars, 19th‑century reenactments, and moments of meditation immersed in greenery. Each initiative helped restore life and splendor to the park, transforming it into a place of encounter and wonder.
We are deeply grateful to all those who took part and shared this journey with us. Your presence, enthusiasm, and affection were the true reward—the strength that inspires us to continue with passion and dedication. This recognition is not only a milestone, but the beginning of a new chapter we look forward to writing together.

2024 — Unforgettable Seasons
In 2024, Villa Magnani distinguished itself as a place of culture and well‑being, offering experiences that intertwined nature, art, and historical memory. On June 15, immersed in the greenery of the park, participants enjoyed an intense Forest Bathing session: a slow, mindful walk among centuries‑old trees, accompanied by the sounds of the woods and the scents of the vegetation. It was a moment to rediscover calm and serenity, fostering a deep connection with the natural environment.
With the arrival of autumn, on September 7, the villa opened its doors once again for a guided tour led by the owner, who revealed the architectural secrets and stories preserved within the elegant rooms of the residence. The day concluded with an exclusive musical recital dedicated to 19th‑century repertoire, recreating the atmosphere of Biella’s 19th‑century salons. Guests were able to immerse themselves in an authentic glimpse of the cultural life of that era, breathing in the harmony of a time when music and conversation intertwined in a vibrant social fabric.
In this way, Villa Magnani transformed each occasion into a sensory and cultural journey, offering visitors not simply events, but immersive experiences that blended the charm of the past with the beauty of the present.

2022 — A Plaque Honours the Benefactor Magnani
On September 27, 2022, the municipality of Campiglia Cervo commemorated Cavaliere Giovanni Magnani, a figure of great importance to the community and a benefactor remembered with deep gratitude. The ceremony marked the placement of a commemorative plaque on the original Magnani family home, a building that today forms part of the Villa complex and preserves the memory of this distinguished lineage.
It was in that house that Giovanni Magnani was born, and from there unfolded the story of a family that left an indelible mark on the Cervo Valley. Historical records attest to the presence of the Magnani family in the valley as early as the 13th century, confirming an ancient and profound bond with the territory.
The house, now a symbol of continuity and tradition, also represents the origin of the present-day Cantone Magnani, which takes its name from this very lineage. The plaque is not only a sign of remembrance, but also a bridge between past and present: a tangible tribute that celebrates the figure of the Cavaliere while reaffirming the historical identity of the community.
The initiative sought to highlight how the memory of Giovanni Magnani and his family continues to live on not only in the stones of the villa, but also in the hearts of the valley’s inhabitants, who proudly preserve its cultural and social heritage.
